In this project my role is Project Control Manager & Steel Piperack Designer. contract amount about one millions Dollar – 1.000.000$. the firs I Planning the Project by MSP (Microsoft Project) and estimate Duration, Cost & Resource to Project implementation. This Project given to office by tender and we won in Tender Because of the Technically and Lowest price. Project have 3 Phase: in Phase 1 we should implementation of GRVE Pipe Line for fire extinguisher system, also before implementation of GRVE Pipe Line we must Design and Construct Steel Pipe Rack to Passing pipe Line. Pipe rack have Column and Beam like Steel Structure so we Analyze Structure By ASCE Loading Code and Design with AISC code. After end of Design we start implementation of GRVE Pipe Line. Connection by Lamination, Total Length of Pipe line is 1000 Meter GRVE Pipe 10 inch with 10000Kpa hardness.

In Phase 2 we should implementation of 200 Meter CS 8 inch Schedule 40 & PE pipe PN16 PE100 8 inch 300 Meter. Apart from these we should Design and Construct Concrete Manhole.

In Phase 3 we should Design and Construct Monorail Beam by wire rope Hoist and Foundation od Pump Skid.
